Thompson Equine Clinic We are currently equipped to serve our client's every ambulatory need, FARM CALL services include, but are not limited to, x-ray, ultrasound, joint injections, reproduction work, teeth floating, castrations, coggins and health certs, prepurchase exams, and preventative medicine (vaccinations/deworming). We also offer 24 HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICES to respond to such emergencies as lacerations, joint punctures, eye injuries, colics, dystocias, or a down horse. Serving Nelson, Spencer, Shelby, Anderson, and Washington Counties. Also Serving Lexington and Georgetown. Future plans include construction of a local clinic in Spencer/Nelson County to provide our clients with comprehensive equine care. Their regular vet will also be who can care for their horse should they require intensive care treatment or surgery at our facility.
