Negola's Ark Veterinary Hospital Daniel C. Negola, DVM, began his veterinary career in Silver Spring, Maryland, in 1972. In May, 1982, the hospital was certified by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA). In March, 1983, the magazine, Veterinary Economics, awarded Dr. Negola the 1982 HOSPITAL OF THE YEAR AWARD for excellence in architecture and design for the Gude Drive building. In 1984 Dr. Negola became a Board Certified Specialist in Companion Animal Practice sponsored by the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners. In 1993 and again in 2004 Dr. Negola was recertified in Canine and Feline Practice by the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners. Dr. Negola has a special interest in orthopedics and has taken numerous courses in this discipline. The staff at Negola's Ark Veterinary Hospital has a common set of goals: to provide the highest quality medical and surgical care for aniimals, to educate and inform our clients, to provide good public relations and excellent client service.
